“No training provided before the activity, the correct legal documents were not filled out accordingly, told the woman would attend the hotel the following day to correct this but never came. A member of the party was unable to get into the water properly as she was not taught the correct way and the mask kept filling with water. Was just left to sit on the beach whilst the other member of the party went out to sea for a while. Awful experience and not worth any money.”
